Chocolate Brownie Balls

Ingredients

15 piece(s)

  • 140 g raw almonds
  • 140 g dates
  • 20 g Cacao, or cocoa if preferred
  • 20 g Shredded Cocnut
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extact
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp Raw Honey, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredents into bowl and blitz for 5-10 seconds speed 7 until a course gravel consistency is achieved. Add more water if needed until mixture is sticky enough to roll into balls.

    Roll into tablespoon size balls and store in airtight container in fridge. Makes approx. 15 balls.

Tip

Can use other types of nuts such as cashews or walnuts if preferred.
