Crunchy Amazeballs
- 5 Milk arrowroot biscuits, broken into chunks
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 6 scoops vanilla icecream

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Mix sugar, cocoa, chocolate (if using) and coconut (if using) 10sec/sp7
2. Add arrowroots and butter (if using), chop 3sec/sp6
3. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl and roll scoops of icecream around to coat

Tip
These are seriously good. Get creative and add other ingredients, types of chocolate, or flavours of icecream.
The added butter helps to bind the mixture and, once it sets on the icecream, makes a slightly hard, crunchy shell. It is not necessary though if you wish to omit it.
