Raw Choc Brownie Slice

  • 140 g raw almonds
  • 95 g walnuts
  • 320 g medjool dates, pitted
  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 45 g raw cacao powder
  • 35 g raw cacao nibs
  • 15 g Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Raw Choc Brownie Slice
  1. 1.  Add almonds to TM bowl & mill 10 seconds on speed 7.

    2.  Add walnuts, dates, cacoa powder & coconut oil, blend 10 secondsspeed 7.

    3.  Add cacao nibs & shredded coconut.  Mix Reverse, 20 seconds on speed 1

    Pour mixture into a slice tray and press down firmly to flatten out evenly.  Sprinkle over some coconut and refridgerate 2 hours or until firm enough to cut into brownie slices.

    This is amazing!! I used about 300g pitted dates instead as that was all I had, and I added an extra splash of coconut oil. I also add a good handful of goji berries and added these and the cacao nibs with everything else, not after (coz I didn't read the recipe properly!!) - and it has turned out AMAZING!

    Will definitely be making this again as one of my easy staples tmrc_emoticons.)

    Really delicious!!  Very popular with both kids and adults!  Even my sweet-tooth Dad (who normally wouldn't touch something so healthy!!) gobbled them down.  Will definitely make these again and again.

  • I had to process the date

    I had to process the date mixture heaps more than suggested and I added craisins in with the nibs. Lovely!
