Recipe's preparation
Add Almonds and Water (or chilled green tea) to jug. Blitz Sp 9/1 min.
Scrape down sides then add 2 frozen bananas, broken into quarters, 6 pieces frozen diced mango, 2 Tbsp Chia seeds, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1 tsp Cinnamon. Blitz Sp 9/1 min
