Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place water into TM bowl - if serving with rice or new potatoes place these into steaming basket and place into TM bowl, ensuring that you rince rice first.
Using your Varoma bowl and tray, lay pieces of baking paper out. Place a piece of fish on each sheet.
Onto each piece of fish drizzle the lemon juice, put a few small knobs of butter, sprinkle some finely chopped garlic and parsley and finaly put a slice of lemon on each fillet. Season with a little pepper.
Place the lid on the varoma dish and tray and set on the TM bowl. Cook for 20-25 mins (depends on size of fish) on Varoma temp, speed 1.

Tip
I like to serve with a fresh salad, but you could also steam some vegetables while cooking the fish.

Really easy to make but we found it didn't have enough flavour. Might try extra lemon juice next time.

My parnter made this one, and it was nice. We're not sure whether it was the fish we bought but we found the flavours weren't very strong, he also steamed some bok choy to go along side it.
