Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. 1. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl.

    2. Mix speed 4, 5 seconds until combined.

    3. Put on Dough mode to knead for 1 minute.

    4. Put dough onto a baking tray covered in baking paper and sprayed with a light spray of olive oil.  Dough will be a bit sticky.

    5. Roll out dough to desired thickness.  I find a little olive oil over the dough, and another piece of baking paper over the top makes for an easy roll out.

  2. Toppings
  3. 6. Cover with tomato paste.

    7. Place desired toppings on pizza.

  4. Baking
  5. 8. Put pizza into a preheated over (200 degrees) and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until desired level of browness.

Tip

If sticky dough isn't your thing, try with 70g of water, and then add little by little until desired consistency is achieved.

Enjoy!

I made a triple batch of this using 70ml of water per batch as recommended. I topped it with melted dark chocolate, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. It was delicious.

This is great. Next time I'm making a double batch. Thanks for the tip about using bake paper on the top when rolling it out. A lot easier to roll it out with it on top. tmrc_emoticons.-)

great recipe!! quick and easy. When I removed the dough it was more like cake batter so I just made it into a circle with spoon. I didn't think it was going to work out but it turned out perfect! Next time I'll triple the recipe. Thanks so much for sharing

  • This is amazing! Kids

This is amazing! Kids demolished it. I reduced the water and it was still quite sticky so I just spread it on the tray with a spatula and it worked perfectly.
