Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 200 degrees. I do mine on a roast setting.

  2. Place Nuts in bowl and chop 1 - 3 secs/speed 6. (sometimes we leave nuts whole and other time blitz to quite small, depends on your preference!)

  3. Add crunchy museli ingredients and mix Counter-clockwise operation speedGentle stir setting for 10 secs or until mixed through.

  4. Place on lined baking trays and put in pre heated oven for 5 minutes. Stir and return to oven for another 5 minutes. BEWARE it burns quickly so do not leave it in oven!

  5. Take out and allow to cool. We store in the cupboard in a Tupperware container and usually eat within a week. It also tastes delicious warm! We eat it with natural yogurt.

This is yummy! So easy, too.  I added goji berries and cranberries after cooking along with toasted quinoa puffs instead of the rice puffs. Thanks for sharing

and 10 times cheaper than buying a similar meusli at the supermarket.
