- 500 grams Fresh Raspberries
- 400 grams sugar
- 5 grams Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipe's preparation
- Put the raspberries and the sugar into the TM "Closed lid"
Cook for 30 mins at 90 degrees on speed 1, MC off and basket on lid to catch splatter (if any).
For a thicker jam - cook for a further 5 mins. - Pour the jam into clean jars and process using a water bath, or leave to cool and refrigerate.
This quantity fills 7 120ml preserving jars found at Kmart.

- to make more jam just use an equal amount of sugar to fruit
