Perfect Exactly the way it is! I didn't processes long. We love it crunchy
The time and speed process the nuts to a nice, smooth consistency. Added some salt and sugar - not much. One tablespoon of oil was enough.
I've left out the oil it seems smooth and oily enough without the oil. Does this mean it won't last as long? Tastes great.
Thanks for sharing, I added a tsp of sugar and a pinch of salt and 1 tbl oil. Very tasty. Cheers
