CHICKEN DUMPLINGS

  • 600 grams chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 piece ginger size of garlic, peeled
  • 1 Kaffir lime leaf
  • 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
  • 2 teaspoons gluten free cornflour

GINGER BROTH

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 40 grams ginger, peeled
  • 3 star anisee
  • 1150 grams water
  • 2 tablespoon chicken stock paste, My Way of Cooking recipe

RICE

  • 400 grams basamati rice
  • Corriander & Mint to garnish

Recipe's preparation

    CHICKEN DUMPLINGS
  1. Mill Garlic Ginger & lime leaf T:5 sec S: 9

    Add chicken Closed Lid  position PULSE 3-4 times

    Add Tamari cornflour T: 5sec REVERSE

     Turn out and with wet hands make dumplings size golf ball.

    Place on Veroma

    NO NEED TO WASH BOWL

  2.  Mill garlic & ginger T:5 sec S:9

     add star anisee & 1150 grms  water, insert basket with 400grms rice (washed)

     Place Veroma on top. Cook T:114mins T:Veroma S:1

    To Serve : Place some rice in bowls top with dumplings, strain soup over and garnish with Corriander & Mint
