Blue Box Mac & Cheeee pasta
- 180 g pasta, dry
- 1500 g water
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 60 gram Milk
- 1 packages Cheese packet

- Add 1500 g (6 cups) water to the mixing bowl.
Optional: Add a pinch of salt.
Heat: 100°C / 10 min / Speed 1 (with measuring cup OFF for faster boil). - Add the dry macaroni from the box to the bowl.
Cook: 100°C / 8–9 min / Reverse / Speed soft (🌀).
TIP: Use the spatula occasionally through the hole in the lid to stir if pasta clumps. - Carefully strain the pasta using the simmering basket or by pouring it into a colander.
Empty and dry the mixing bowl. - Add:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
The cheese powder packet
Mix: 80°C / 2 min / Speed 2 until melted and smooth. - Return cooked pasta to bowl with sauce.
Mix: Reverse / Speed 1 / 15–30 sec, or stir manually to coat evenly.
Boil water
Cook Pasta
Drain Pasta
Make the Cheese Sauce
Combine Pasta + Sauce
Tip
Add extra shredded cheddar for cheesiness

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
