  • 1 Large green apple quatered
  • 1 Quartered onion
  • 1 long red chilli
  • 500 grams Sausage Mince
  • 200 grams sweet fruit chutney
  • 100 grams bread crumbs
  • 4 sheets Puff pastry

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add apple, deseeded chillie and onion to bowl chop speed 4, 5 seconds.

    Add rest of ingredients except pastry to bowl, mix Counter-clockwise operation speed 4, 30 seconds use spatula to help mix ingredients.

    Divide mix onto the 4 pastry sheets, speed evenly  leaving the top and bottom edges free.

    Roll up tightly and wet the last edge with water to help stick.

    Cut each roll into 8 lay out on baking paper on tray.

    Cook in moderate oven for 30 minutes untill golden brown

    Lay out on rack till slightly cool 

    Either freeze for recess or eat straight away very yummy.
