Ingredients

Pie filling

  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 120 g bacon, sliced
  • 300 g button mushrooms, quartered
  • 1000 g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 110 g cream
  • 250 g water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste

Recipe's preparation

    Pie filling
  1. Place 1 litre of water in bowl. Place chicken and sliced leek in varoma dish and tray. Use steaming mode for 30 minutes speed 3. Set aside in another dish to keep warm.
  2. Place oil, garlic, quartered mushrooms and bacon and cook on browning mode for 10 minutes 160 deg gentle.
  3. Mix cornflour with 2 tablespoons water to form a paste. Add to bowl with remaining water and stock paste. Cook for 1 minute Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 120 deg speed 1.
  4. Add cream and cook for 2 minutes Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 120 deg speed 1.
  5. Add sauce to chicken and leek mixture and stir through. Chill pie filling mix until ready to make into pies with your chosen pastry.
