  • 35g Parmesan cheese
  • 100g Cheddar cheese
  • 350g Baker's Flour
  • 180g sour cream
  • 4tbsp Fresh or dried chives
  • 1 tbsp Onion Flakes

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180deg.
    line baking trays with baking paper.
    place cheeses in bowl and chop sp7 until fine.
    Add all other ingredients except water.
    Blitz on speed 4 until just combined. Then add water a little at a time until dough looks like pebbles.
    Place on mat and roll out thin.
    Use cracker cutters and then place individual pieces on baking paper. If you don't have cracker cutters use a knife to cut dough.
    cook until golden and nice and crunchy.
    cool on wire rack.
    Enjoy.
