- 500 g cubed lean chicken breast (skin off)
- 120 g bread crumbs
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- 30 g fish sauce
- 30 g Sweet chilli sauce
- 4 sheets Pampas Puff Pastry
Pre heat oven to 200C and line large baking tray with baking paper.
Place puff pastry sheets on bench to defrost.
Place all ingredients in TM bowl in the above order.
Set dial to /Turbo/5-6 times until chicken is minced and ingredients well combined.
Divide mince mixture into four portions, roll into sausages the length of pastry and place on the lower third of the pastry.
Roll pastry and cut each sausage roll into 8 equal portions.
Place on baking trays and brush with a little milk (optional).
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Chicken Sausage Rolls
These are best eaten fresh.
Freeze okay, but dry out a little due to the lack of egg and fat in the chicken mince.
