LCHF Parmesan Crackers

  • 80-100 g Parmesan cheese, Cubbed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven 200 Degrees
  2. Place cubbed Parmesan Cheese into bowl
  3. Mill 8 Seconds, Speed 10
  4. Spoon 1stp of Cheese into Muffin tray
  5. Make sure it evenly covers each section
  6. Bake for 5 minutes or untill it slighly goes golden
  7. Place on chopping board and allow to cool for a few seconds
  8. Carefully using a butter knife lift the edges and the cracker should easily come out
  9. Allow to completly cool on a Wire rack
  10. Once cool. Store in a tupperware container that is lined with paper towel.

Tip

You can add spices to this when you mill your Parmesan Cheese
ie: Chilli, italian herbs, garlic, turmeric, matcha powder etc
Just before I put into the oven I sometimes give each section a quick twist of Himalayan pink salt.

    I was also waiting for this to be put up on RC
    I made them with the Italian herbs
    Was a winner at my picnic the other day
    No one believed it was just Parmesan Cheese
