Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh 250 g yoghurt into bowl
    Add 250 g flour into bowl
    5 secs speed 6
    Knead 1 min 30 secs

    Divide into 6-10 balls, rest 15 mins. Meanwhile heat frypan or griddle. Roll out into large circles or ovals. Spray pan with olive oil and cook breads 2-3 mins each side and transfer to Thermoseevee till all cooked and serve with dip or curry!
