Sausage Rolls - Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients

Filling

  • 500 grams Mince Meat
  • 3/4 Cup --- TM Mashed Potato
  • 1 teaspoon TM vegie stock concentrate

Pastry

  • 3 sheets Coles Sinply Gluten Free Frozen Puff Pastry

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 180C.

    Mix all filling ingredients together in large bowl and divide into 6 equal portions.

    Cut each pastry sheet in half lengthwise. Lay the filling along the long side of each 1/2 sheet . Gently roll pastry to cover filling. Cut each long sausage roll in half. Continue until all pastry and filling used. Place join down on lined baking tray. Cook in warm oven 180C for 30 minutes or until pastry is browned.

Tip

Make mashed potato in the TM using water and Dairy Free Spread (variation of EDC recipe). I used Pork and Veal mince but any meat would be fine.
