Seed Crackers

  • 130 grams sunflower seeds
  • 30 grams coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seaweed salt
  • 1 sprig rosemary, thyme
  • 10 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 45 grams chia seeds

      TM 5
      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Seed Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 180C

    Place sunflower seeds into Thermomix bowl, mill 10 seconds speed 10

    Add all other ingredients and mix 10 seconds speed 5

    Remove dough and place between 2 pieces of baking paper

    Roll out intil 1/2 to 1 cm thick using a rolling pin

    Remove top piece of baking paper and cut into squares

    Place onto baking tray and bake 15 minutes or until golden

    Cool on a wire rack and break crackers apart
