Recipe's preparation
Place cubed cheese and onion into bowl. Chop 3 seconds on speed 8. Add relish and drained tuna. Mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides and mix again if required. Spread mixture over two sheets of semi defrosted puff pastry, leaving just away from the edges of pastry. Roll each sheet of pastry up in to a roll, mixture inside. Cut into scrolls and lay onto baking paper. Bake in moderate oven till golden.
