      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

Preheat the oven on 220° or higher- up to 250°.
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl.

    2. Place on speed 6 for 10 seconds. Check if the dough is too sticky or not, add a tablespoon at a time and repeat this step until it forms a dough.

    3. Put on the knead function for 2 mins then roll it out on a floured surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place pizza toppings on and cook in the oven.

    4. Cook for about 10 minutes or until browned and how you like it.

    Enjoy! 🙂

Tip

Feel free to add herbs or garlic into the dough mixture for more flavour! You could even chop some sundried tomatoes and mix it in the dough mixture.
