    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Muffins
  1. Pre heat oven 180 deg .Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, oil, vanilla, milk in Thermomix: 40 sec speed 5.  Add oats, coconut and apricots.  Thermomix: 20 sec reverse speed 2.  Pour into greased and lined muffin tins either 12 (1/2 cup capacity) muffins or 6 (1 cup capacity) muffins.  Bake in 180deg for 30 mins, until cooked.

    Fantastic muffins, everyone loved them tmrc_emoticons.) I used about 150gms of Sugar & Ardmona pre packaged apricots but still tasted great. Thankyou.
