If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This was so quick and easy and absloutely delicious. I used frozen blueberries (I let them thaw a little bit) - I just made it Gluten Free and used raw sugar, cow's milk and omitted the zest.

    So Yummy!

I made this for my entire family & they all loved it. My brother even asked for the receipe.

I will probably only use the zest of half an orange next time as it over powered the taste of the blueberries
