Ingredients
Base Ingredients
- 125 g Butter, plus 100g extra
- 150 g plain flour
- 110 g brown sugar
- 40 g Desiccated Coconut
Filling Ingredients
- 2 can Sweet Condensed Milk, 395g cans x2
- 100 g Butter
- .08 litres golden syrup, 80mL , 1/3 Cup
Topping ingredients
- 200 g Nestle dark chocolate melts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Base Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c.
Place butter in TM bowl and melt for 1 minute at 70 degrees c on speed 3.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 10-15 seconds on speed 5. Spread the base into a lamington tray, lined with baking paper (28x18cm) and bake for 15-20 minutes , til lightly browned. - Filling Method
Place all ingredients in the TM bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 70 degrees c on speed 3 and cook for a further 5 minutes at 50 degrees c on speed 3.
Pour warm filling onto the warm base and bake for a further 15 miutes at 180 degrees c.
COOL AFTER BAKING! - Topping Method
Place all ingredients in TM bowl and cook for 3 minutes at 50 degrees c on speed 3 and pour over slice.
Put in fridge untill the chocolate is frozen.
ENJOY!

Can be served with strawberries or raspberries for more flavour. Best served cool

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
