Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Made these the other day, I didn't have plain flour but used wholemeal instead and added some blueberries, the mixture was a little thicker but they still cooked nicely.

Fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever made, bit concerned about the amount of sugar I’m going try less sugar or a stevia blend next time

These were a big hit for breakfast this morning! My 3 year old son was upset when they were all gone. I might just have to double the batch next time! Deliciously light & fluffy! As per previous comment I also reduced the baking powder & soda to 1/2 tsp; and also added the vanilla extract. I reduced the sugar to 40g, but that's just personal preference. Thank you for sharing, I've already written it in my recipe book!

I just made these buttermilk pancakes and they were divine. I did tweak the recipe a bit though, I reduced the baking powder and baking soda and only used 1/2 tsp each and then added a bit more buttermilk to the consistency I liked. I also added about 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract. Will be my go to recipe from now on, thank you for sharing.
