150g walnuts

  • 150 grams walnuts
  • 200 grams Dark Choclate
  • 200 grams Butter
  • 220 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • 120 grams plain flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Heat oven to 160 fan forced. Line 20cm square tin. 

    Grate chocolate at sp 10 for about 5 seconds. 

    Add butter. Melt chocolate and butter 4min /60 degrees/ speed 2.

    Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix 5 sec/speed 5.

    Add cocoa, flour and walnuts. Mix 10 sec/ reverse / speed 5.

    Scrape into tin and smooth top, place in oven.

    Cook for 25-30 minutes, should still be soft in the centre.
