      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    choux pastry
  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Put butter and water in bowl. Closed lid 3.5 mins 100 degrees speed 1.

    Add flour and baking powder, cook 1 min 80 degrees speed 4. Turn heat off continue to mix speed 4 for 2 mins. Add eggs one at a time. Scrape down then do a final mix speed 5 for 15 seconds.
  3. pipe on to baking tray covered with glad bake. Bake in the oven for 15 mins then turn the oven down to 160 and bake for another 15 mins. Turn the oven off and let cool in oven to dry out.

    Poke a hole in the bottom and using a piping bag fill with, custard( use the thick automated setting on the chip) cream or whatever filling you like.

    Dip the top in choc, ganache or toffee!

    You can use SR flour too instead of baking powder. I noticed that too ! So 3 eggs as  in normal recipe works.

    Instead of using baking powder just use SR flour. Works beautifully.  I noticed no eggs mentioned too !!  So 3 eggs in the normal recipe !!!
