      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious, moist and golden. I made the icing this time only because my loaf sunk when I checked it at 45mins. Next time, I’ll leave it for the full hour as my cake took longer than an hour to cook anyway. I also think it would be nice served with butterLove

This cake is just beautiful. It’s moist and golden in colour, the fruit is evenly distributed ( thanks to Monica’s last step of covering the sultanas in a little flour, before adding). It was delicious with a little bit of cream on the side, but would have been just as good with a little butter.

Words fail me. I need this to hurry up and cool so I can try it with some butter. I'm glad mum picked up 4 x packs of vanilla pudding mix now. You are amazing.
