Recipe's preparation

    Bliss Balls Mixture
  1. Step 1. Place 30g shredded coconut into mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec / speed 9. Set aside.

Step 2. Place remaining shredded coconut (100g) into mixing bowl. Mill 30 sec / speed 9.

Step 3. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl. Mix 30 sec / speed 9.

Step 4. Spoon out mixture and roll into bite sized balls. Roll balls in reserved chopped coconut. Set in fridge.

Note: Mixture can also be pressed evenly into a baking paper lined loaf tin (20cm x 7.5cm) then set in fridge. Once set, remove baking paper and mixture together, then slice into bite sized pieces.

Variations: Choose a flavour of your preference, by substituting the peppermint for orange extract, strawberry extract etc.

    Enjoy!

  • DELICIOUS! And very versatile

Submitted by Sara Brick on 29. February 2016 - 12:39.

DELICIOUS! And very versatile too, I added some mint leaves in at step 2 instead of using peppermint essence, and didn't have the whole 100g of Pepitas so made up the difference with chia seeds and sunflower seeds tmrc_emoticons.)
