If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
~ Line a slice tray with baking paper.
~ Place the tahini and Maple Syrup into the mixing bowl and put lid on with MC 20secs / Speed 4
~ Add coconut and put lid on with MC and mix 20secs / Speed 4
~ Add the puffed rice put lid on with MC and mix 30secs / Speed 5
~ Press it very firmly onto the prepared tray
~ Place it in the firdge to set for several hours or over night.
~ Cut into bars.
