Healthy 'LCM' Bars

Ingredients

9 slice(s)

  • 4 tbsp hulled tahini
  • 5 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (or Honey or Rice Malt Syrup)
  • 40 g desicated coconut
  • 60 g Puffed Rice (or Rice Bubbles or 5 thick Rice Cakes broken up)

Recipe's preparation

  1. ~ Line a slice tray with baking paper.

    ~ Place the tahini and Maple Syrup into the mixing bowl and put lid on with MC 20secs / Speed 4

    ~ Add coconut and put lid on with MC and mix 20secs / Speed 4 

    ~ Add the puffed rice put lid on with MC and mix 30secs / Speed 5

    ~ Press it very firmly onto the prepared tray

    ~ Place it in the firdge to set for several hours or over night.

    ~ Cut into bars.

    When you add the rice bubbles should you blend on reverse? 

    I found these quite sweet.
