If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- "Dough mode" Preheat the oven to 170°C
Grease/line 2 oven trays.
1. Mill the sugar (and the lemon rind if using), 15secs/sp9. Scrape.
2. Combine all the remaining ingredients ( except the sprinkles) 20-30secs/sp4 or until we'll combined.
3. Roll t'spoon size balls in the sprinkles and place on trays.
4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
5. Cool on trays for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
