      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Empty packet of malt biscuits into the mixing jug. Crush for 5sec/sp5 or until all biscuits resemble of fine crumb. Empty jug into a bowl, add in fruit puff sweets and set aside.
  2. Place butter into the mixing jug and melt for 2min/50degrees/sp1. Add to the butter the condensed milk and warm for a further 1min/50degrees/sp1.
  3. Pour in the bowl of crushed biscuits and fruit puffs to the mixing jug. Combine ingredients for 30sec/sp4 Counter-clockwise operation
  4. Once combined pour onto a piece of baking paper aprox 40cm wide and roll into a log shape, then sprinkle with coconut.

    Re-wrap in the baking paper and put in the fridge to set for approx 4 hours or overnight
