- 180 g Butter, room temp, chopped
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- dash vanilla extract
- 1 x100g package Cottees Instant vanilla pudding mix, see photo
- 3/4 tsp Bi-carb soda
- 280 g plain flour
- 180 package M & M's, Reserve app. 80g for the cookie tops.

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Grease and line 2 oven trays.
Preheat the oven to 170F/F
Blend all the ingredients (except for the M & M's), 30secs/sp4.
Scrape and repeat.
Add 100g of the M & M's, 30secs/sp3.5/rev.
You may need to use the spatula to assist.
Scoop walnut size balls onto the trays and flatten slightly.
Press a few of the reserved M & M's on top of each cookie.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool for 5 mins on the trays before cooling on a wire rack.
