- 150 grams WholeGrain Wheat
- 150 grams plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 100 g brown sugar
- 75 grams Butter, (cubed)
- 150 grams Milk
- 60 gram honey
- dash maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams tinned pears drained. (OR Banana roughly chopped)

Make sure bowl and lid is very dry. Place wheat in place a small bit of paper towl between MC and lid to keep the flour in. 1 minute Speed 9
Preheat oven to 180C
Add Plain Flour, baking powder, bicarb soda, cinnamon, salt and brown suger. Do 3 -5 bursts on Turbo to mix well. Set aside in a dry bowl.
Place butter in 1:30 at 50C on speed 4.
Add Milk, Honey, maple syrup, eggs and pears (or banana's). 10-20 seconds speed 4.
Add back in dry ingriedients. 5-10 Seconds on speed 4 (until just combined).
Pour into Muffin tin (I lined with patty papers). Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
These muffins are fairly plain, almost savoury in taste.
