      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    method
  1. weigh flour and sift with baking powder. set aside.
  2. cream butter and sugar and scrape down sides.
  3. add condensed milk alternately with flour
  4. mix in chocolate chips . Counter-clockwise operation reverse speed with the aid of the thermomix spatula
  5. roll into small balls and flatten with a fork. mixture can be chilled before rolling. also can be frozen to use at a later date.
  6. cook in preheated oven at 170 for 10 min or untill done.

Tip

sometime the butterfly wisk is helpful with creaming butter and sugar. remember never to go over speed 4 with the butterfly.
