Perfection. These are the
Perfection. These are the lightest, tastiest muffins I've made in a long time! 30 mini-muffins cooked in just over 10 minutes, and scoffed by my boys soon after. You can't ask for more than that!

WOW! These should be 5 star muffins! Subsituted caster sugar for coconut sugar and left the peel on one Orange and didn't bother with sprinkling them with icing sugar. They were divine. Loved by kidlets and adults the same. Can't wait to make again
These were great, thanks. I
These were great, thanks. I left the skin on 1 orange and put in 60g of rice malt syrup instead of sugar.

These were fantastic. I also halved the sugar & used 100g of dates & whole meal SR flour. My kids love them. I didn't mention dates until after they had one. Now they don't care!

Made these with3 mandarins, 100g dates and much less sugar (ca. 80g) and realised when I'd already put them in the oven that I had forgotten to put the egg in... They turned out very moist and delicious!

Made these today. Baked on 170 degrees as I have a hot oven. 20 minutes. They were really gorgeous and light. Will be making these again.

Delicious, I reduced the sugar to 100g, could probably go less and maybe add more dates. I used two large oranges and the rind of half. Yummy

Is a great recipe. Love dates and oranges together.

These are so tasty, yet simple to make. I followed the recipe exactly and cooked for 20minutes at 180 degrees and they turned out perfectly. Yummy and something different. Hubby said they were the best I've ever made!
My muffins didn't cook in the
My muffins didn't cook in the centre. I'm sure it was me doing something wrong, or my oven. At 200 degs, the outside was crisp and the centre wasn't cooked. So I tried 180 degs for longer, but I got a similar result. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Maybe my oranges were too big and I had too much juice.
