- 180 g raw sugar
- 150 g Butter, cubed
- 340 g self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 eggs
- 250 g Milk
- half teaspoon milled sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, extra
Line and grease a baking tin and set aside.
Preheat oven to 180.
Mill sugar 3 seconds/speed 9. Set aside, taking out half a teaspoon and putting in a separate bowl for the cinnamon sugar.
Add butter to the TM jug. Melt 2.5 minutes/60/speed 4.
Add all other ingredients, including the reserved sugar. Combine 20 seconds/speed 5.
Pour mixture into prepared baking tin and bake for around 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
In a small bowl, combine reserved half teaspoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle over the cake while it's still warm.
