Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Weigh all ingredients into bowl
- Mix 5 sec Speed
"Dough mode" 1 minute scrape down sides
"Dough mode" for 1 minute turn onto Thermomat (Mixture will be crumbly)
- Work the mixture until it forms a large ball
- Divide into 40 pieces and roll into balls
- Place on a baking tray and flatten with a fork
- Bake for 15-20 mins until Pale
- Allow to cool
- Using a clean bowl insert Butterfly
- Weigh Ingredients into the bowl
- Combine 1 minute speed 3 stopping every 15 seconds to scrape down the bowl
- Sandwich biscuits together using filling
