Apple Bircher Muesli/Overnight Oats

  • 2 Apples, cored
  • 125 g rolled oats
  • 350 g Skim Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 250 g Yoghurt of Choice
  • 15 g Almond Meal OR Chia Seeds
  • 3 teaspoons honey, Optional

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Placed cored and quartered apples into bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 7/MC on

  2. Scrape down sides of bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix 3 seconds/speed 3.5/reverse/MC on

  3. Pour contents of bowl into a container and refrigerate overnight.
