TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add water into mixing bowl and place Mixing Bowl Lid and Veroma Dish into position. Add pumpkin pieces into Veroma Dish and close it with Veroma Lid.
Cook 25 minutes / Veroma / speed 2.
Carefully take off Veroma Lid and place it upsidedown on kitchen bench. Take off Veroma Dish and place it on the Veroma Lid.
Pour water out of mixing bowl. Add cooked pumpkin pieces into mixing bowl. Blend 20 sec / speed 5.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and blend 60 sec / speed 10.
Use pumpkin puree in your baking/cooking as required.
This pumpkin puree is suitable for Paleo Recipes such as Pumpkin Spice Loaf as well as baby food.
Store in airtight glass jars in the fridge or in the freezer.
