Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Crapes

  • 260 grams Plain gluten free flour
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch salt
  • Butter or Ghee

Recipe's preparation

    Crepes
  1. Put all ingreadients into  and blend on speed 6 for 25 seconds.

  2. Heat a shallow crepe pan (or normal fry pan), add a dash of butter/ghee and pour in some crepe mixture. 

  3. Turn over crepes when bubbles start to form and edges start to lift.

  4. Serve immediatley.

Tip

Crepes can be eaten sweet or savory. If eating sweet 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence could be added.
