      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

You can use a differnt plant based protein if yoou don't want to use a collagen protein.

This recipe is for the TM6 as it uses fermentation mode.

If you don't want to use high protein soy milk, Use regular soy milk but you will need to add 2 probiotic capsules like inner health plus to set the yoghurt.

This is the best non dairy yoghrt I have ever eaten, Enjoy!
