If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Put all the ingredients in the TM Bowl and set the time - 30 MIN, Temp - Varoma, Speed - "Gentle stir setting"
2. Let it cool down to 50 degrees.
3. Now, place the MC and set it to Turbo mode at 2 SEC (Repeat for 4 times). Scrape down the powder with the help of a spatula.
4. Return back to the main settings and set the Time - 30 SEC at Speed - 10.
5. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy the smell and taste of this lovely spice
