Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken
- 700 grams boneless skinless chicken thigh, chopped into large chunks
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic
- 30 grams Butter
- 200 grams cream
- 120 grams chicken stock
- 1 large lemon, Zest of whole lemon and Juice of whole lemon (about 40g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, ground
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 40 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
