- 1 Red apple, Chopped in half
- 35 gram rice flakes
- 35 grams Quinoa flakes
- 10 grams Shredded coconut
- 15 grams buckwheat
- 380 grams Milk of Choice (or Water or 50/50)
Put apple into TM bowl. Chop speed 5 for 1-2 seconds
add everything else and cook on
90 degrees, 11 minutes, reverse, speed 2
