Gf porridge

  • 1 Red apple, Chopped in half
  • 35 gram rice flakes
  • 35 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 10 grams Shredded coconut
  • 15 grams buckwheat
  • 380 grams Milk of Choice (or Water or 50/50)

Recipe's preparation

    Gluten free porridg
  1. Put apple into TM bowl. Chop speed 5 for 1-2 seconds

    add everything else and cook on 

    90 degrees, 11 minutes, reverse, speed 2

    I kinda like the texture too of the buckwheat... Have since made different variations of it. 

    Cinnamon and sultanas is my current fav tmrc_emoticons.-)

    Thanks for the recipe. I don't think my buckwheat cooked right through but I kinda liked it that way. Maybe I should have used more water and less milk. Was yummy with maple syrup and extra milk and a big bowl has kept me (and my 32 week unborn child) going all morning. A new favourite.
