Grain free Muesli

  • 350 g Mixed Nuts, Raw and unsalted
  • 75 g Dried Fruit, Sultanas, figs, cranberries, pineapple. Chop bigger pieces roughly
  • 50 g Pepita
  • 60 g desicated coconut
  • 30 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g honey
  • 15 g Syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 g coconut oil
  • 15 g chia seeds

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160degrees

  2. Chop 200g of the nuts 1sec / Turbo

  3. Add all the other ingredients except the chia seeds. Mix 1min / Counter-clockwise operation speed 0.5

  4. Scrape down sides & mix 30sec / Counter-clockwise operation speed 1

  5. Spread onto a tray lined with baking paper or your thermo oven mat (stick the paper down with a little oil)

  6. Bake for 10min then mix on the tray & spread again. Repeat twice more until it's all golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool completely, break apart the bigger clumps then transfer to jars or an airtight container. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top, close lid & shake a little. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
