- 100 grams Butter, melted
- 180 grams Almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Rice malt syrup
- 80 grams Natvia
- 250 grams S.R flour
- 120 grams blueberries

- preheat oven 180 prepare muffin tin,
- add all ingredients to the bowl except flour and berries, mix 10 sec/speed 4
- add flour and berries (berries can be stirred into finished muffin batter if wanting the muffins to be white not purple) mix 20sec/speed 4
- spoon mixture into muffin tin back for approx 15 minutes
Tip
can chop and stir berries through the muffin mixture, rather than adding with the flour

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
