Apricot balls

  • 40 grams raw almonds or cashews
  • 120 grams dried apricots
  • 120 grams Dried pears
  • 40 grams orange juice
  • 40 grams LSA (blended linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
  • 40 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 40 grams skim milk powder

Recipe's preparation

    .
  1. Place almonds or cashews into mixing bowl 5 sec / speed 7. Set aside.

     

    add apricot and pear 10 sec / speed 8. 

    Add orange juice  1 min / Verona / speed 1. 

    Add remaining ingredients 20 sec / speed 3.

    roll into balls (about 1 teaspoon measure) and roll into extra desiccated coconut.
