Porridge

  • 1 Small apple or pear
  • 1 Smal banana
  • 60 grams Natural rolled oats
  • 1 level tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 level tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 level tsp ground ginger
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Rice malt syrup
  • 160 grams 100% natural Coconut water
  • 120 grams Almond or Coconut Milk

1tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter

Recipe's preparation

    Healthy breakfast porridge
  1. Quarter apple/pear & place in thermo. Chop 3-4 sec speed 4.

    scrape down the sides.

    Add 1/2 MC water & cook 2 mins on 100 speed 2.

    Add all remaining ingredients except banana. Cook 7-8mins on 100 reverse speed 2

    For the last 30sec add chopped banana

    serve with peanut butter & stir through

Tip

Depending on what brand of oats you use you might need to increase or reduce the amount of liquids to your desired consistancy
