Homemade muesli with fruit and yoghurt (or milk!)

Ingredients

Untoasted Muesli

  • 100 g pitted dates
  • 40 g pepitas
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 55 g Bran
  • 220 g rolled oats

Recipe's preparation

    You can prepare this muesli ahead of time and store in an airtight container

    Add pitted dates to the TMX bowl.

     

    Chop to your preferred size - I do 5 secs, sp8

     

    Add pepitas, sunflower seeds, bran and rolled oats to the TMX bowl and mix for 30secs, Counter-clockwise operation, sp2

     

    Store this mixture in an airtight container.

     

    To serve: add 50g of muesli and 250g of milk or yoghurt to a serving bowl, top with fruit of choice, eg strawberries, grapes, etc
